I was called by Chuck who had the pleasure of being in charge of a home that needed to be cleaned out (we do clean outs btw) and sold asap.

I told him not worry and that the Home Renovations Heroes are here….well one of them last least. Here is what I walked into…

This home really wasn’t too bad and I felt that painting coupled with new light fixtures would offer the most bang for the buck. Chuck agreed and then heroism took place…

The home sold in about 5 days on the market for $460,000! I was too busy being heroic on the job and forgot to take many after pics.
