Though my crew and I would have liked to have done more work on this home, the owners chose to take care of the very obvious issues in order to get the home market ready. We believe it certainly added value.

Here are the big problem areas I saw upon looking at the house….

faded red shutters…

Two very bright blue accent walls that needed neutralized to appeal to the greatest number of buyers.

So here is what we did….

• We ground down the front porch to smooth out imperfections and painted

• Replaced all of the shutters with solid black one that popped the curb appeal immensely

• Wrapped the decaying trim around the door in aluminum

• Trimmed out the area above the door to address the wood rot.

• painted the blue accent walls a more neutral color to appeal to the greatest number of buyers
